800g of french pastry dough
~300 g chicken breast
~200 chicken livers
1 large onion
2 red bull peppers ( or red lion)
3 cloves of garlic
1 tsp dried parsley
salt, pepper to taste
some yellow cheese
Defroze the dough.
Wash and chop the chicken breast and fry it well. Do the same with the chicken livers.
Wash and chop the mushroom. Add new oil to the pan and fry the cloves of garlic for one minute. Remove them and add the mushrooms. Fry the mushrooms, add salt and pepper and the dried parsley.
In the same oil fry the sliced onion, and when the onion is golden add the sliced peppers.
Mix all the fried ingredients in a bowl.
Oil a backing pan and put half the dough in it; it's ok if bits of dough are outside the pan. Put the mixture over the dough.
Grind the yellow cheese on top.
Beat the egg. Cover with the other half of the dough, bend the edges over, then egg wash all over. Sprinkle some dried chilly( optional).
Bake in the oven for ~25 min, medium heat.
Serve warm or cold.
