chicken livers with caramelized onions and mashed potatoes and cucumber salad

~500g chicken livers
2 large onions
1 teaspoon of each:pepper, dry parsley, savory
oil for frying

Wash the livers and remove all the extra fat; let in a sieve to drain.Heat some cooking oil, chop the onions and fry them till yellow; add the livers and fry them on both sides; add ~250 ml of water mixed with the pepper, dry parsley and savory and salt to taste; stir gently. Turn the heat to medium small and cook for about 25 minutes, stirring from time to time.

1kg of potatoes
50 g of butter
Peel, wash and boil the potatoes. Mash them, adding the butter and salt to taste.

4 cucumbers
a handful of fresh parsley and dill
1 table spoon olive oil and one of vinegar
3 cloves of garlic

Peel, wash and cut the cucumbers; wash the parsley and the dill and chop them finely; crush and slice the garlic; mix everything in a bowl, adding the oil and vinegar.

one large onion
half table spoon of castor sugar,
one tablespoon of oil.

Cut the onion and fry it into the oil until yellow; add the sugar, mix and turn off the heat.

serve 1,2,3,and 4 together, you won't regret it :)
